Down and Dirty (Mosh 2) by Susanna Rogers

Down and Dirty (Mosh Book 2) by Susanna Rogers
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

What I like about Susanna Rogers’ Mosh series, is that she brings a unique style to a rock star story. Despite the title, there is nothing dirty about this book at all. The intimate scenes are handled tenderly and the relationship between the main characters is engaging, funny and warm all at once. While there is a gritty side to the rock scene, these two lovers are faced with more serious issues off the stage. And how Ms Rogers brings them to the HEA is worth the read. Another really good installment in this series.

This rock ’n roller has a dose of the blues…

Austin Murphy seems to have it all. A bass player in a huge rock band, he has more money than he knows what to do with, women chasing after him, and even has an architecture degree under his belt. But he’s coming home for a reason and soon everyone’s going to know what that is.

Tara Coleman doesn’t believe in fairytales or the Cinderella solution. She might not mind the idea of getting down and dirty with Austin but she’s not fooling herself. There’s no happy-ever-after, not for a girl like her who tends bar and lives paycheck to paycheck.

Holler and Howl by Susanna Rogers

Holler and Howl (Mosh Book 1) by Susanna Rogers
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Susanna Rogers steps away from futuristic YA and onto the backstage behind the rock scene in this contemporary romance. Nick Steel is a hero who is used to getting what he wants. Money, women, alcohol, everything his rock star image desires. The tagline says it all: “Rocking all night, rolling in money, now he’s picking up the pieces.” A visit from his ex, Lily Novak, and a reminder of his responsibilities off the stage has Nick reassessing the road his life is taking. He makes an effort that softens Lily’s heart, but she knows he’ll only break it again if she lets him. There are some brilliant lines from the author that will have you highlighting the heck out of this read. Strong, emotional, confronting, tender and engaging. It’s a really good read.

Holler and Howl by Susanna Rogers

Rocking all night, rolling in money, now he’s picking up the pieces.

Nick Steel is used to getting what he wants. Fronting a huge, international rock band? No problem. Buying his favorite dive bar? Sure thing. Getting back together with his first love? Hmmm…

He broke her heart once before, and Lily Novak is not going to let Nick do it again. One thing has kept them in touch, but she won’t let him touch her heart. No way.

A story about coming back home, and realizing you can’t always get what you want.
