One More Day (A Bindarra Creek Romance #9)One More Day by Linda Charles
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Sometimes it’s good to go country … Yes, it is 🙂

Part of the Bindarra Creek Romance series, this is a lovely read from Linda Charles filled with emotional challenges for the hero and heroine. A classic story of a girl trying to find herself and a country boy trying to escape who he is. They each have lessons to learn and to teach each other. A sweet, emotional story with lovely warm characters and a great plot.

Sometimes it’s good to go country …

Local grazier Matt Stirling’s life is about to change. He’s Mr Loyal to his best mate and the town he loves. A dangerous teenage dare cost Matt and his best mate their planned futures. Since then love has never been an option, besides flings are overrated until he meets fun-loving opera singer, Kate Martin. Kate arrives in town to create a regional schools choir. With her plans for the children in mind she pushes her way into his life. For the first time in years Matt starts to think about his future as he teaches this sexy international star about living in the country because she is making him desire things he shouldn’t.

For the first time in her life, Kate can be Kate without a string of advisors monitoring her every move. She’s been a city girl for too long and has escaped to the country to discover the real Kate. Her idea of country living included cows, spiders and home-cooking, she didn’t have someone like Matt in mind, with his lean hard body and winning smile.

When the consequences of Matt’s tragic past surfaces Matt and Kate wonder if they can be together beyond one more day.
